what's on the menu?

I am trying to organize my recipes and menus so cooking won't be such a crazy time at our house. I am sturggling with meal ideas for breakfast. So What are you having for breakfast this week? and what are your kids eating? and your husband? At our house breakfast isn't the same meal for everyone. Cori leaves at 7, Jared at 8, the elementary kids at 8:30, then the 3 boys and I are home for the remainder of the day. any thoughts? I see all these blogs with dinner ideas but no breakfast or lunch for that matter. But I will focus on breakfast today.

I know how you feel. We have 3 different "Departure" times in the morning. Hectic!

I have teo ideas that might help or not. (Each family functions differently.)

1.) Muffins. Make them in mass quantities. We have found great muffin recipes on www.allrecipies.com.
My Picky Eaters Love Zuchinni muffins and Applesauce Muffins. (You can freeze shredded zuchini to make muffins during the winter months. Applesauce in a #10 can is $4.00 at Costco. So Muffins are affordable.)

2.) Make everybody get up and eat Breakfast at the same time.
(This one does not work well for us. For so many reasons.)

Ok, I just want to clarify that I really do know how to spell "two" and zuchinni. (and any other words I missed spelled in my prior post)

It's just CLS acting up!

Yummy! Muffins sound good. I've thought about doing that for Joe and I...but by the time I get Zachary down I don't want to do anything but veg out.
